Stop researching. Start.

You have read enough. Do one thing this week.

Not a portfolio. Not a resignation. One property viewed, one landlord called, one postcode checked properly. Momentum is the entire difference between people who make it and people who research forever.

01

Week one: pick a strategy

One strategy, one area. Not four. The free Foundation module in your chosen strategy takes an evening.

02

Week two: look at twenty properties

In person. This single habit separates people who buy from people who browse portals for a year and never offer on anything.

03

Week three: make the call

One landlord, one agent, one offer. The scripts are free. The worst outcome is a no, and you will get several before a yes.

This is for you if

  • You have been 'about to start' for more than six months
  • You already know more than you have acted on
  • You want a plan for the next 21 days, not the next 5 years

Don’t buy this if

  • You are still deciding whether property is for you at all, start with the Q&A instead

We would rather lose the sale than take money from someone it will not work for.

Everything, and what each part costs

Two families. Membership is monthly and covers the community, the calls, the videos and the software. Training is a one-off you keep for life. Nothing is hidden until checkout.

Free account, tonight

Community, a full Foundation module, three books, the Area Report and every checklist. No card.

£49/mo Pro

The weekly live call, which is, for most people, the accountability that actually makes them act.

£1,000 Complete Training

The whole thing for life when you are ready to go properly. From £83 a month.

£3,000 Mentorship

Someone expecting an update from you every month. That alone changes outcomes more than content does.

The things you’re actually thinking

I work full time, when would I do this?

Most people start around a job, and the strategies that suit that are the ones we push you toward first. Viewings happen on Saturdays, landlord calls happen at lunchtime, and the training is on demand rather than on a timetable. If you have five hours a week and you use them consistently, that is enough to start. If you have five hours a month, be honest with yourself and wait.

What if I don't have much money to start with?

Then you start with a control strategy rather than an ownership one, rent-to-rent, rent-to-serviced-accommodation or deal sourcing, where you are paid for the arrangement rather than the asset. These need working capital, not a deposit: realistically £6,000–£12,000 for a rent-to-SA unit including furnishing and float, or about £1,000–£1,500 of compliance to source legally. Anyone telling you it can be done with nothing is not counting properly.

Isn't it too late, hasn't everyone already done this?

The easy version is over. Rates are high, Section 24 removed the tax advantage from personal buy-to-let, Section 21 is gone under the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and short-let licensing is spreading. What that has actually done is push the margin from 'buy anything and wait' to operational skill, which means fewer amateurs competing with you, not more.

How do I know this isn't another property course that goes nowhere?

Check us the way you should check anybody. Andrei's companies are on Companies House with filed accounts. The training states exactly what is included and for how long. The free library is genuinely free and substantial, read it before you spend anything and judge the quality yourself. And we publish the compliance we teach: consent chains, licensing, financial promotion rules. Programmes that skip those are the ones that cost people money.

The first thing takes ten minutes

Create the free account, open the Area Report, and check the postcode you have been thinking about. Then do the next thing tomorrow.
