Membership is monthly and gives you the community, the weekly group call, the video library and the software tools. The training courses are a one-off purchase that gives you the full curriculum for life, the contract vault and, at the £3,000 level, 1:1 mentoring with Andrei. Membership never unlocks the full course library, and the courses never expire.

Yes. Both training products can be split over 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments at 0% interest. The Complete Training at £1,000 works out at £333.34 for 3 months, £166.67 for 6, or £83.34 for 12. The 1:1 Mentorship at £3,000 is £1,000, £500 or £250 a month on the same terms.

Yes, and it is not a trial that expires. You get the community, in-app messages, one full Foundation module in the strategy you choose, three books from the library, the Area Report postcode tool and every free download. You give us your details, we give you real value, no card required.

For memberships and mentoring, which are services, yes, though we may charge proportionately for what you have already used. For digital content such as courses, books and downloads, you tick a box asking for immediate access and acknowledging that this ends the 14-day cancellation right, exactly as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require. We email you confirmation of that. We also keep a voluntary 30-day goodwill guarantee on books.

Membership tiers change up or down at any time and are prorated. If you buy The Complete Training and later want mentoring, you pay the difference rather than the full £3,000 again.

Every price covers every strategy, serviced accommodation, rent-to-rent, HMO, buy-to-let, BRRR, lease options, deal sourcing and commercial conversion. We do not charge separately per strategy; what changes between levels is depth, tools and access to Andrei.
