Delete your Freedom Property Academy account

1. Delete your account in the app

Open the Freedom Property Academy app and sign in.
Tap More, then Profile & settings.
Under Delete account, tap Delete my account, enter your password (or type DELETE if you signed up with Google) and tap Permanently delete.

2. Delete your account on the website

Sign in at freedompropertyacademy.com/login.
Open Profile in the member area.
Under Delete account, press Delete my account, enter your password (or type DELETE if you signed up with Google) and press Permanently delete.

3. If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@freedompropertyacademy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will check the request comes from you, delete the account and reply to confirm, within one month.

4. What happens to payments

A monthly membership (Pro or Ultimate) is cancelled straight away. No further payments are taken. The month you have already paid for is not refunded.
A monthly subscription for training stops straight away, and nothing further is owed.
Training you paid for in full needs nothing further.
An instalment plan (training paid for in two or three payments) is a purchase paid in parts. Deleting your account does not cancel it: the remaining payments are still collected on their due dates. The app and the website tell you this before you confirm.
If a payment cannot be stopped online, your account is not deleted and you are told what to do.

5. What is deleted

Straight away, when you confirm:

Your account details: username, email address, phone number, business name and address, and password. You are signed out on every device.
Your profile photo and any proof of address documents you uploaded.
Your journal, deal analyses and deals you submitted for review.
Your support conversations and the files you attached to them.
Your community messages, subjects, replies and likes. A subject that other members replied to stays as “Deleted subject”, without your words, so their replies are not lost.
Your Deal Marketplace adverts and saved deals.
Your CRM contacts, notes and properties, and your marketing lists.
Your course progress, test results and the answers you gave in tests, points and badges.
Your notifications and settings, and any connected tools (API tokens, webhooks, WhatsApp).
The bank details you gave for referral payouts.
Records kept under your email address: messages you sent us without an account, the history of emails we sent you, meeting bookings, webinar registrations and free downloads.
Reports you made and members you blocked.

6. What is kept, and for how long

Some records have to be kept by law or to protect the service. They stay linked only to an anonymised account number, not to your name or email address (except where an invoice or receipt already shows them).

Payments, invoices and receipts, including the name and email address printed on them: kept for as long as UK tax law requires, six years from the end of the financial year they relate to.
Your subscription and payment plan records, and your consent to start digital content during the cancellation period: kept with the payment records, for the same period.
Your acceptances of the Terms & Conditions (which version, when, and from which internet address), as evidence of the terms that applied: kept with the payment records, for the same period.
Referral commission records (if you shared your referral link or bought through someone else's): kept with the payment records, for the same period.
Security logs of actions on the account (what was done, when, and from which internet address): kept to protect the service against misuse.

7. Timing

Deleting in the app or on the website takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you want to use Freedom Property Academy again later, you can create a new account.
