1. Who we are
The services are provided by Freedom Property Academy LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [to be supplied], registered office [registered office address to be supplied].
“Services” means our website, online courses, downloadable resources, community channels, live sessions, coaching and any connected tools we make available.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the services.
You can create an account with a username and password, or sign in with a supported social provider (Google, Apple or Facebook) where we capture a verified email address. A free account requires a valid email. A paid membership additionally requires a verified email and a verified mobile phone number.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Membership tiers & subscriptions
We offer Free, Starter, Pro and Mentorship membership levels. The features included in each level, and their prices, are shown on our Membership page and may change from time to time.
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly) until cancelled, except one-off products such as Mentorship which are charged as a single payment. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for your statutory rights.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling and, where applicable, include VAT. If a price is shown incorrectly we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Licence to use our content
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the training content for your own learning while your membership is active.
You must not copy, record, share, resell, sub-licence or publicly distribute our course materials, nor use them to create a competing product. All intellectual property in the services remains ours or our licensors'.
6. Community & acceptable use
Our community channels (chat, groups and comments) are provided to help members learn and support one another. You are responsible for what you post.
- Be respectful; do not harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against others.
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
- Do not share other members' personal information without consent.
- Do not spam, advertise unrelated products, or solicit members outside the purpose of the community.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or disrupt its operation.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (for example journal entries and chat messages). You grant us a licence to host, store and display that content as needed to operate the services.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable-use rules.
8. Educational purpose, no advice or guarantee
Our services are educational. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing we provide should be relied on as such. You should take independent professional advice before making decisions.
Property and business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise any particular income, profit or outcome, and past results of our team or members are not a guarantee of future results. Please read our Disclaimer.
9. Third-party tools & links
The services may integrate or link to third-party tools (for example listing, invoicing, e-signature and CRM tools) and websites. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, suspend or withdraw features. We may change these terms; the current version is always published here with its effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the services at any time and close your account by contacting us.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any statutory consumer rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
