1. Email us
Email support@freedompropertyacademy.com with the email address on your account and a short description of what you need. We reply by email.

2. Raise a support ticket
If you can sign in, a ticket keeps the whole conversation in one place:
- In the app: tap More, then Support, and raise a ticket. Replies from the team appear in the same place.
- On the website: sign in, open Profile and choose the Support tab.
3. Problems signing in
- Tap Forgot password? on the sign in screen of the app, or use freedompropertyacademy.com/forgot-password, and we will email you a link to set a new password.
- If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still cannot sign in, email support@freedompropertyacademy.com from the email address on your account.
4. Report a post or a member
Members can report anything that breaks the community rules in our Terms & Conditions, on the website or in the app. In the app, tap ⋯ next to a message or reply, Report or block on a subject, or Report on a Deal Marketplace advert. On the website, select the ⋯ button next to a chat message, a thread reply, a subject, a reply under a subject or a Deal Marketplace advert. The menu that opens lets you report the post, report the member who wrote it or block that member. You can unblock a member from your Profile page on the website or in Profile & settings in the app.
You can also email support@freedompropertyacademy.com with a description of the post and where you saw it.
5. Delete your account
How to delete your account and data, in the app, on the website or by email if you cannot sign in, is explained on our Delete your account page at freedompropertyacademy.com/delete-account.
