Common questions
Are these downloads really free?
Yes. You give us an email address, we give you the file immediately. There is no card, no trial and no drip-feed. The marketing tick box is separate and optional, you get the download whether you tick it or not.
What format are the downloads in?
PDFs for the checklists, packs and scripts, and a spreadsheet for the deal analyser. Everything is editable or printable so you can brand it and use it the same day.
Are they written for the UK?
Every one. The HMO checklist covers UK licensing, Article 4 directions, minimum room sizes and fire safety. The rent-to-rent checklist covers freeholder and lender consent. The guest packs assume UK addresses, councils and utilities.
Will you spam me?
No. Marketing email only goes to people who tick the optional box, every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we do not sell or share your details. That is both our policy and what PECR requires.
What is the catch?
There isn't one, but we will be straight with you about why we do it: useful free material is how people find us, and some of them go on to join the academy. If you only ever take the free downloads, that is genuinely fine.
