- Membership & learning data, your tier, course progress, journal entries, meeting requests and community messages.
- Usage & device data, pages viewed, approximate location, IP address, browser and device information, collected via cookies and analytics.
- Communications, messages you send us and your marketing preferences.
3. How we use your data and our lawful bases
We only use your personal data where the law allows. The main bases we rely on are:
- Contract, to create and run your account, deliver the training and membership you sign up for, and take payment.
- Consent, for non-essential cookies and for optional marketing emails; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests, to secure, maintain and improve the platform, prevent fraud and misuse, and understand how the service is used (balanced against your rights).
